  3. In a bowl, mix the granulated sugar, einkorn flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, sea salt, and baking powder. Stir well to combine, ensuring that there are no lumps of cocoa powder or flour remaining.
  4. In another bowl, add the vanilla extract, eggs, and butter together.
  5. When the oven is pre-heated, mix the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients. The batter may seem a little thick, but that’s alright! Pour into your prepared baking pan using a spatula to spread it evenly and smooth out the top. and put immediately in the oven.
